We are excited to announce our recent investment in Indigitall, a fast-growing omnichannel marketing platform powered by AI.

Adara invested in the €6M Series A funding round alongside Data Point Capital, a US venture capital firm, and GoHub Ventures.

Both co-founders, Juan Carlos de la Vela (CEO) and Xavier Omella, have over 20 years of experience in the digital and telco industries. Juan Carlos was formerly the Country Manager of Spain & Portugal at Motorola Mobility and Xavier was formerly the Sales and Marketing Director at Orange.

Together, they built a talented team and developed a true omnichannel messaging solution that seamlessly integrates with any CRM (such as Salesforce, Adobe, or HubSpot) and can connect to a wide range of digital channels—including mobile apps, push notifications, Google and Apple Wallet, email, and popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Teams, Messenger, and Instagram. Businesses can optimize customer interactions on any of these channels using Indigitall’s advanced Machine Learning and OpenAI integrations.

As a brand's audience or customer base grows, Indigitall can grow with it and handle significant increases in messaging volumes without issue. The platform also provides predictions on customer engagement and churn, as well as analytics on the effectiveness of any digital marketing campaign. 

With over 200 clients and operations spanning 20 countries, including Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador, Indigitall has already made a big impact in the Spanish-speaking market. The company has partnered with industry leaders such as McDonald's, Bankinter, Banco de Crédito de Perú, Grupo Claro, and Televisa, and is powering customer experience AI chatbots for clients such as Mercadona, El Corte Inglés, and Sanitas.
