4iQ + Alto = Constella Intelligence, a new global leader in Digital Risk Protection

4iQ, the leader in identity intelligence, and Alto Analytics, a leader in applying AI & data science to the digital public sphere, today announced the two companies have merged and rebranded as Constella Intelligence (“Constella”), effective immediately.

Constella launches shortly after 4iQ raised $35m in a Series C financing and will see Kailash Ambwani become CEO and Alejandro Romero (founder and CEO of Alto), take up the role of COO. Julio Casal, 4iQ founder, will become CTO of Constella. Welcome Kailash Ambwani, new Constella CEO

Ambwani brings a proven track record of scaling businesses with more than 20 years of leadership experience, most recently as CEO of Waterline Data, a global leader in data cataloging solutions and applications. Prior to that, Ambwani was President and CEO of Actiance, a leading provider of compliance, security, archiving and eDiscovery for all critical business communications.
